Rolfing

Rolfing is the practice of realigning the body with gravity by focusing on connective tissue.  Essentially the Rolfing process enables the body to regain the natural integrity of its form thus enhancing postural efficiency and freedom of movement.  Rolfing can dramatically alter a persons posture and structure, which may help release tension and alleviate pain.  The overall aim is to restore flexibility leaving you feeling revitalized and able to express your true self.

Athletes, professionals, people with chronic stress, and even people seeking greater body awareness have benefitted from Rolfing.  Improved performance in daily activities, greater comfort, and increased ease of movement are only a few of the benefits arising from Rolfing work.

Jamie Bartley is a certified Rolfer and Rolf movement practitioner through the Rolf Institute® in Boulder, Colorado. She has over 10 years of Rolfing experience with the added benefit of being a certified Rolf movement practitioner.  The combined techniques help restore your body’s natural posture and freedom of movement.
